Well..We did send I693 along with I485 package. Yesterday I got interview letter (though it says REQUEST FOR APPLICANT TO APPEAR FOR INITIAL INTERVIEW at the top of I797C) and under the items which i am required to bring along with me during interview it says following(in blue)

A completed medical examination(Form I-693) and vaccination supplement in a sealed envelope(UNLESS ALREADY SUBMITTED)

If you read above, it means that you are not required to submit I693 along with your I485 PACKAGE. You can always submit it during your interview.
 
No, they will make you submit before they even schedule your interview (through a RFE).
That was an old rule, and of course you don't need to bring it at your interview because they will already have it.
 
Go ahead and send it. They are going to ask you for it. They asked me for it (I was thinking I could just take it with me to the interview)... If you do not send it (reply to the RFE) in 87 days your petition would be denied :eek:.
