My Fingerprint check was available same day however was told that the Police Check would take 7-14 working days. I was also told to have my medical no later than two weeks before my interview for blood and urine samples to be returned to my doctor and sent to the consulate, hope this helps

For the medical, I would call the medical center that you will be going to and see what they say. Some will take 7 days to complete, some offer express service within 24 hours(the list of medical offices can be found on dvselectee website). As far as your police certificate goes, you could contact the government office that issues them. Once again, it differs from country to country. In another forum I have read about individuals who received it in 3 days...some in 7 days. my $0.02.
