Medicals(physicals) done 3 yrs ago, do I need to repeat????? URGENT!!HELP

Dear Friends,
I had my physicals May 2002, my compliance report(notice of action) says to produce medicals at the time of final submission, along with Tax returns and recentl letter from Sponsor.
do I need another physicals ?????
or the one which was done 3 years ago is enough????

If I remember correctly, those physicals that were submitted along with I485 or after I485 pending, then it is valid for indefinitely??
