RPRF is also sent and is cashed by CIC Buffalo.
 
Everything depend on the background and security checks. You will get passport request as soon as the results are in. Can you please post your time line?

PCC,FBI and RPRF sent - April 22nd 2005
RPRF cashed on April 28th 2005.
