Medicals not done when filing I485

Hi
I was pregnant while filing I-485. So my medicals were incomplete with out the TB test and some more vaccines. My filining date was July 31st. Can I send the medicals now or should I wait for the RFE to come. As 180 days are over I have plans to change jobs and state. Can I send the medical before I stop working at my current place.
