I am posting this message for a friend of mine. He is looking for a doctor in Houston to get his medicals done for 485 application. When I did mine a little bit over an year ago, I paid a doctor $40, My friend called the same guy now and he is asking for $200!
Is this the going rate now? anyone know of inexpensive doctors in Houston?
I checked this list (http://uscis.gov/graphics/exec/cs/LocateSurgeon.asp) but there are a lot of ppl to call and find out...the ones my friend did are all in the $200 range. thought maybe our friends on the forum may have discovered a few good finds.
