Medicals done, Background Check in progress and changing jobs...

My Medicals were done in like June 2005, and my background check was still in progress the last time I got my CAIPS notes about 2 months ago....now I am going to change jobs here in the US, do I need to let them know the buffalo consulate know about it....and if yes what do I need to send them....

I need some help from you. We applied in sept 2004 got Aor in Jan 2005,but we did not send fbi and police clearence with our app.last week they asked for the IELTS and thats it.The question is shall we go for Fbi and police clearecs as it also takes time?

I got asked for the PCC/FBI at my IA, and so I sent it after that, if you are expecting your IA soon, then order it right now, and send it in after the IA...so you can save some time...
 
Thankyou very much....for your help.I have one more question?Were you asked for the ielts? and is it considered the IA?cause i dont know particularly what IA is?

no I was not asked for IELTS, but if I had to be asked I would have been asked at IA or before, IA basically says interview has been waived provide medicals and additional documents...like PCC/FBI
