You need to go through the following tests for I693:
Skin test for TB
Chest X-Ray (only if skin test turns into +ve)
Blood Test
Physical Examination (ENT, Lungs etc)
Also, you need to have your vaccination record with you, otherwise they will give you some shots, which cost you a reasonable amount of $$$.
