My parents CP intervew is scheduled in Mumbai on Mar 14. They went for there medicals. The doctors found something in my dad's xray and was told to do further tests and the result of that test will take around 6-7 weeks. Although, we know that there are no issues, but must follow the procedure. The doctor suggested that its quite normal to go to the cp interview without the medical.
I have heard that the consular office will do the interview and if every thing is ok, will issue GC to my mom and will give a letter for my dad. Once the he gets medical, he can go anyday with it and his GC will also be processed.
Can we get a letter from hospital mentioning that the rest of stuff is fine except waiting for one test result?
Anybody went thru' this kind of scenario viz went for the interview without medical?
