Medical tests for I-485 (for my 7 years Kid)

Is TB skin test, well check up, vaccination records need to applied for my kid along with our medical records for applying I-485 (Adjustment Of Status) ?

My attorney saying that, it is not needed because bio-metric fee is less for kids ?

Children WILL require all updated immunizations.
Children age 14 and older require TB skin test and fingerprinting (biometrics).
Biometric fee for kids 14 and older is $70 (until end of July when they will go up), children under age 14 do not require fingerprinting.

I would like to see some input/discussion on this subject.
Has anyone heard about anyone over the age of 2 requiring TB test? As I am not an immigration expert, I may have been incorrect.

UPDATE - The Center For Disease Control has stated all aliens age 2 and older MUST have TB test.
