My labor is not yet cleared. Can I go ahead with the medical exams for concurrent filing of i140/485. Can anybody please let me know the procedure. Do I have to get a letter from my attorney to the doctor?

you dont need any letter from your lawyer.

you may do if you feel confident that your labor will be approved very shortly.

You can get medical done. For procedure make a search on the forum - you will find great details. You do not need any letter from attorney.

can anyone please answer my question.
i fleid my case feb 2004 from maine, and expecting to get cleared in 3 months.
for next stage 140/485, i have to do medicals,
is it okay can i do now only becoz as per jharkandi says it may valid until 1 year from date of test taken,

is it okay once i take medical test, suppose my wife and kid go to india for vacation and my labor cleared and i can file 140/485 for both of them?

or she has to be in USA for 140/485 stage?
please answer according to this i can plan my india vacation

They have to be in USA to file 485. But you can file your 140/485 and wait for them to come and then file for them.
