I am not really sure I understand you: Do you have TB? If you don't know, go get checked out. As far as USCIS is concerned, this is what they say:

Some of the major changes to the TB requirements include:

Applicants with Class A tuberculosis must complete a full course of TB treatment before receiving medical clearance by USCIS for adjustment of status.
A chest x-ray is required for all applicants with a tuberculin skin test (TST) reaction of less than 5 mm who have signs or symptoms of TB or immunosuppression.
A chest x-ray is required for all applicants with a TST reaction of more than 5 mm, including pregnant women.
Sputum cultures and drug susceptibility testing for positive cultures are required for applicants with chest x-ray findings suggestive of active TB disease.

hey bro...thanx fro the reply... i am saying that i am probably getting my 2nd letter after 5-6 months..so if there appears some sort of TB in medical test then i don't want to wait and there is chance of not getting interview. so i am applying "prevention is better than cure" with me. someone from usa said me that smoking also causes some sort of TB... i do smoke sometimes...so i am worried about this...after all this DV is lifetime opportunity for us and i don't want to loose it bcoz of some sort of medical test...do you have any idea about this??? do i need to quit smoking??

I understand you are nervous. However, it is simply pointless for you to speculate: Go talk to a doctor. I am not a trained medical professional and I am assuming you aren't too.
