Medical Screening, etc for CP interview

Folks,

As I am required to travel out in short notice fro my CP interview I need some advise, appreciate if you guys can help answer the following:

1) How long does it take to complete medical screening formalities...? I'll probably have about 4 working days before the interview to complete them, will that be adequate ?

2) I do not have the packet-4 yet and I doubt if I'll get them before I travel out next week. Does it really help if an appointment is scheduled well in advance for medical screening or will the 4 days be just enough to complete the formalities ??

3) Can we not get the immigration style photos locally in the US ??

4) My attorney told me we need to notarize only the affidavit of support and employment offer letter...do we need anything else to be notarized ??

{Normally in India most of the candiates are able to complete
the whole process (lab tests + doctor evaluation) in 1 day.
Some have done it in two days.

Since your interview is in Singapore you need to talk to the
labs and find out when they give out the reports and also
call the panel doctors' and plan accordingly.

But 4 days should be sufficient}

{Yes. There are some places. But you need to research on this
item }

Immigration Style Photos

What is the spec for Immigration style photo:

1) 37mm x 37mm and
2) Side Facing ????....what does side facing mean ?

Is there any other requirement...background type, etc, etc.

Would appreciate your comments.
