Medical School

I hope someone can help me with this issue.

I'm an undergrad student in Texas. I have F1, but I pay instate tuition because my I-130 is pending.

I will start applying to med schools next year. My questions are:

-Will Texas medical schools consider me a resident since my I-130 is pending and my university considers me a Texas resident?

-Should I apply to med schools while on F1, or change it to H4 (my husband is on H1) and then apply?

-Will all out of state schools consider me an international student?

I'll appreciate if anyone can give me any advice.
