If my wife is in a medical school abroad and she only has her resident year to go before she is done. She can take the resident year over there or we thought about trying to bring her over here and take her residency in some hospital here.
I have been a GC holder for over 5 years now and i am in the process of getting my citizenship. I know i can get her a GC and can bring over to the US. My questions are:
1- What hospitals should we go apply for her to take her resident year?
2- I think she has to take couple of tests before she can apply for her resident year & according to her scores some hospitals would accept her and some wont is that true?
3- Is it better if we wait until i get the Citizenship then bring her over or it does not matter?
4- Is it easier if she just take her medical resident year in the country she is studying medicine in then when she moves over here she just takes the required tests? or is it better for her CV or Resume when it shows that she took her medical resident year from the US?
thanx
