Medical RFE - Usefull Message for new filers...

I got a Medical RFE. Issue is that "Date Read" Column is missing for the two test.

If u see medical form, all the test individulaly "Date Read" Column MUST be recorded.

Take care of this silly mistake, which I have done by not verifying completely before sending it to INS.

We cannot do anything because it is sealed in an envelope and the doctor will not let us read it.

Some doctor will give you a copy of what's inside the evenlope.

Yes, usually, they give you a photocopy of the signed & sealed form. You should ask for one while you go for the exam just to be safe.
