Guys,
Got a question. My wife's case has got RFE issued and INS sent us the original I-693 forms and asked for the x-ray results.
We did medical exam on Aug 21 2001 and TB test was positive and we couldn't take x-ray as she was pregnent then. So we took x-ray in Dec 12 2001 after delivery.
Now question from doctor's office is will INS accept the same I-1693 as it is more than a year since the medical exam was conducted. I am trying to call Vermont center but not getting line so far. So thought of checking with you guys if you any one had similar issues.
