Medical RFE: Please help!

Hi All,

I received my medical RFE recently. I was pregnant when I filed for my I-485 and hence had not completed my TB Test and one vaccine. The wording for RFE is a little bit confusing. I had done the rest of the tests. They are asking me explicitly to complete the TB Test and vaccination now. I am assuming my HIV and other tests remain valid from last time.

They have returned my Original I-693 medical Form and the Original Supplemental Vaccine Report form in a sealed envolope (it says - only to be opened by a Civil Surgeon). Now when I go to the civil surgeon, does he have to write a NEW I-693 or is he supposed to write on the Original Returned I-693? Same question applies to the Supplemental Vaccination Report form. Anybody in this situation?

Could you please let me know?

I believe when you go for vacinations they give some small card and proof to keep it and never need again if asked.

If you do have that proof that u did took vacinations u don't need to take it again however u may need to talk before the surgen again and if they advise u you, they also have records that what test has been done like Skin test(TB test) and they say u never need it again in ur life.

Just go to same surgen with vac card u have. ask to pull the record if u rememebr the date. max they would ask blook test or other physical exams. and don't expect everything same as u are reading. there are many greedy ppl who don't take hesitate to take advantage with others prob.
