Medical RFE Need Help...

I received an RFE on Medical, stating that the Supplemental Form to I-693, was not enclosed along with Form I-693.

Now the issue is that the doctor who did our medical, is not practicing any more, possibly I will be able to get the records of Immunization (5 shots given by that doctor) on Monday.

Please advice what should be done. Anyone can suggest a good INS certified doctor in NJ (Edision or Piscataway area).

If you have the medical bill's and receipts you should be able to get your records from the hospital / facility.
I would try that instead of taking all the imm. shots again !
 
When did you receive RFE & when is your online status updated

my online status change on 07/01 but not received RFE yet.

We, I and my wife, were in a similar situation (a week ago); received a "medical" RFE. The doctor is now retired. We obtained immunization and blood test results from her office and went to another USCIS physician. He conducted physical examination again; however, used the same immunization records. He gave us a new completed Form I-693 and the supplement. Recently (on 07/07) we mailed those to VSC.

where did you go for the second medical, I mean can you share the doctor number, and approx how much do they charge for that.

My Last date status changed on 23-JUN-04, and my lawyer received RFE on 02-JUL-04, you will not receive a notice of RFE if you filed thru Lawyer.
 
DEC01, Go to "Hadley Medical Center" in Stelton Road in Piscataway (opp. to White Castle). There are INS (USCIS) approved physicians in that place.
 
Hi DEC01

I am not from NJ area; hence my doctor's info is not useful for you. Also, as you can imagine, their charges depend on many factors. I paid $150.00 to the doctor; in addition, I would have to pay the charges for blood tests (I do not know the amount yet).
