Mine and my wifes(beneficiary) I 485 is pending since April 2003. Now uscis have requested our medical. Our application is filed from NY. I am in NY working for the same company who sponsored me but my is working for a company in MidWest (chicago). Can I have my medical done in NY and she in Chicago? would there be any issues getting medical done from two different states?

No issues. You can get it done in Hollywood and she can get it done in Alaska, if you do not want to get it done in Chicago and NY! ;)
