I am doing CP but since I am already in the US, I am wondering if I can get the medical exam done here to save time before I travel back home for the interview. Is this possible/allowed?
No, medicals will have to be done at the facility designated by the US consulate in your home country. If you apply to adjust status in the US, you can complete medicals in the US at a facility designated by USCIS.
