Medical Question.

I submitted my wifes application for I-485 in July 2003. I have received my GC but hers is still pending. I havent sent her medical yet. My question is
What adress shall I sent the medical to.
Is there any form I have to fill to send the medical.
What should be the content of the letter.
I will appreciate all the answers.

I will suggest you wait for the RFE for her medical and reply to the RFE rather than sending forms pro-actively. The advantage with waiting for RFE is that they will know where to place the papers as RFE has a tracking number.
 
Agreed with above advise.

Even many spouses casees were approved without any Medical. remember one rule don't explain/send anything unless they ask to do so. Medical was mandatory with 485 but many spouses cases becz of pregnancy or other reason they are used to to see 485 without Medical


It seems that immidiate relative file has been seperated, you can contact using 800 and can speak with any officer there.
