Medical Question.

My wife is my dependent and I didn't send her Medical when applying for her I-485. She has her medical done now and I do want to send it but my attorney has said that it sometimes gets lost in mail and I should wait until they issue an RFE for medical. My filing date is Oct 2002 and since some of the applications are being processed from Oct 2002 I do not want my application to be delayed because of this. Can anybody let me know if I should send her Medical now and what precautions shall I take to send it. Also shall it be sent to the Mesquite center here in Tx or there is a different address I shall send it to.

Go ahead and send the medical. Your attorney should have filed it along with the rest of your applications. I think he is telling you a story. Probably wants more money.

Your attorney is right, it can get lost in the mail. I remember reading some posts (a while back) about this, it was from ginnu or ginu, try to find it, he/she had posted good information about how to send this type of documents.
