Gurus,
I have a medical question. My wife's case got an RFE today for Medical. My wife couldn't take the vaccinations as we were pregnant when we filed for I-485.

Here is the message


Medical. The applicant is required to have a medical examination in conjunction with this application. Submit a form I-693 Medical Supplement obtained from an INS authorized surgeon. Your local Immigration Office can provide you with a list of authorized medical doctors. Please Note
since you have delivered your child , vaccinations are now required.

Here is my Question: Should my wife get a complete Physical checkup again or just the vaccinations?

I have the same question but I have not received RFE. I only finish the FP.

I would suggest take only Vaccination

Since there is facilty of Supplemental form i-693,
I would suggest take only Vaccination.
