i applied for an I-130 for my husband and he was approved. recently I was diagnosed with malignant melanoma. Prior to this we were told that all illegal immagrants had to wait until the november elections were over to file their 1-485. Now that this medical situation has arrised, is there any way that we can apply because of the situation?
