My parents went to the interview for GC and my mom keeps getting positive for her PPD tests at Breach Candy hospital, Mumbai. Reports from other Major hospitals show it Negative. Can something be done for this?

The application is on my dad\'s name and my mom is a second name on that. Is it possible for my dad to take GC for now and my mom can wait? Will it be possible for my mom to get GC while my dad is in US?

Look any one who has taken BCG vaccination as a kid will show positive for TB. That test is not inconclusive as proof of having TB. Moreover, immigration laws don\'t ban the entry of people who have had TB (assuming your mum\'s positive reading is because she had TB before). Only active TB likely to infect others is a problem in that she will need to take a course of medicine before getting GC. So don\'t worry and get a lawyer to sort the problem with the consulate.
