Hi,
My I 140 cleared last month so now i am applying for 485. INS needs the medical clearance but i am 15 weeks pregnant hence doc refused me the MMR test although she did the TB test. Since it is incomplete, i am concerned if this will cause problems? Actually doc said that you can do it after pregnancy but my gynac says that you ca'nt get any vacines (MMR) if you have a small baby at home. SO looks like, this will be delayed by a atleast a yr if they want me to go thru vaccination.

Anybody went thru this problem? Please let me know. Am very concerned about this whole thing?

Thanks,

Need not be concerned

Although, Me or my wife were not in a similar situation... from what I have read on this forum and elsewhere...
You can go a-head and file for your 485, although your medical is incomplete. Just make sure that the doc certifies that your are expecting and vaccinations cannot be taken at this point due to health reasons.
You will get a RFE sometime in future. With the current time in processing, it might be even after a year or close to that. At that time depending on your situation you can respond to the RFE.

Hope this helps... I am not an attorney, Use the information at your own risk.

Best luck. There are lots of threads with similar issues... pls search and read.
