Chest XRay Abnormal -- Will my case be transferred?

i just read this pdf explaining the procedure for ruling i485's and found that it says regarding medical exam.
1. if the chest x-ray is abnormal ,relocate the file to district office.
my chest x-ray is abnormal and doctor has said i have inactive TB germs . i am already unergoing treatment. He also said that i do not have any abnormality and has also checked 'No abnormality / disease etc ' on my medical and given me clearance.

1. Does this mean that my case will be transferred
2. if yes is this a good/bad thing ?.
3. also i live in mid west and my company is in CA .my case is at CSC .where will my case be transferred if it does ? is local transferring of case similar to when a case gets transferred between service centers.
4. Has anyone been in this situation before.
thx for ur responses in advance.
5. Should i do something right now or just wait and watch.
6. can my 485 be denied too. pls note that i have been given medical clearance and my doc said that i have inactive TB germs and he said it is common in asian people.

I am kinda same situation,

my chest x ray was not normal, i got it done twice doctor told me to go for treatment checked fith 5 different docs, not one could tell me what is wrong and why it is wrong but immigration officer said that from GC perspective, u r ok

god knows what it means

if they are saying from a GC perspective , then go ahead and take the treatment they are suggesting .ask them when u will get medical clearance. r they willing to give u clearance right now ?.
 
immigration doctor said that u r ok from GC perspective but she told me to find out in detail that why u have this problem, i consulted 5 docs, no one could tell me what is wrong, they did breath test or something and I failed everytime, they could not find anything wrong inside.

but from GC angle, my immigration doctor has said that ur ok

Are you referring to your chest X-ray?Because its possible to have an abnormal chest x-ray with the TB inactive..its like a scar on your lung tissue which makes it positive when u get chest xray.
 
I don't know what it was, it was abnormal, hospital guys did it again, they saw a mark again but said it is ok from immigration point of view, I tried to find out what it was by consulting few experts, no one could confirm it so I decided not to go further with this,

but i am counting on there statement that u are ok from GC point of view, lets see what happans now.

Your are very much ok because you dont have an active TB process in your system..my xray was negative but the skin test was positive..the doctor required me to have the propylaxis treatment (6-9 mos medications)..for GC standpoint nothing to worry about.

what box did the doc check u in ur medical for chest xray .did he check abnormal .if yes did he put any comments . if he checked abnormal .. then u are like me ... possibly expect a RFE /transfer to local center,

May be not, My doc did my X-ray and asked me to have another one because he saw a scar on my chest, first he thought thought that it is because of my chest nipple, so he did it again and saw it again, so in that term it was not normal but he said that this does not bother Immigration authorities, she said that I asked you to have another one for ur own benefit.

but you know what? if it is going to be RFE, then it is going to be RFE, we can't do much abt it, so lets not worry abt it and hope for the best for all of us.
