Medical info.
Are these just vaccinations required for medical. Or there any more ?

measles, mumps, rubella (MMR)
polio
tetanus and diphtheria toxoids(DPT)
pertussis
influenza type b (Hib)
influenza
hepatitis B
varicella
pneumococcal


1. If you don't have any record. Doctor gives which vacination, at this age ?

2. To get record of vacination, doing anitbotics test for MMR is just enough or any other like varicella etc.

Hib is not required for kids more than 5 years DTAp not after 7 years instead DT is given Pneumoccal vaccine is not manditory
Measles Mumps Rubella chicken pox hep B is definitely required
