Medical in Ankara- Please help

Hi,

My interview is on Monday morning. And since I am Iranian I have to travel to another country for interview which in this case is Ankara. I need to know how long does the medical issues take in Ankara?Does anyone have experience there?I really need to know if I do the medicals on Thursday, is there any chance I get the results on by Saturday!?
Please help me!

Hi Mona
If there is not any complication like TB, it will take about 2 days to get result. It will take longer if applicant is under age or pregnant . Keep in mind that you need willa web appointment and I would assume that you know that already. You should be okay with your time line if you arrive there early morning. Also I know that they work on Saturday up to 11:30 AM. My mother had medical on Wednesday, May 12, 2010 and result was on hand on Friday. Don't forget that you have Monday morning to pick up the result since clinic is located on walking distance of consulate and as long as you show up on that day you will be interviewed.For example if your appointment is at 10:00 expect to go inside consulate about 12:00 o'clock or after since Ankara is one of the busiest US consulates in the world. Again if you book your appointment with clinic before 12:00 am they will give the result to you in 2 working days (for the adults).
