   Can someone share thier medical examination experience regarding I- 485 in Detroit..
   Which INS physicians are least expensive & no nonsense persons.All ur inputs are highly appreciated.

Go to the doctor listed in Livonia. Forgot his name.
He is off of I 96 on Schoolcraft (I think)
He will charge the immigration physical to the insurance you carry.

No need for that..It is not really physical...It is like usual doctor\'s call! They will have woman physician to check women!

Dr. makki in Dearborn is really good and fast. Some of my friends doesn\'t have good experience with dr. in Livonia

1.which of the following vaccination that Indian nationals are given from birth.

Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib)
Hepatitis A
Hepatitis B
Influenza (flu)
Lyme Disease
Measles *
 Mumps *
Pneumococcus
Polio
Rubella *
Tetanus
Varicella (Chickepox)**

2.How can one obtain these vaccinations records /immunization records from INDIA for the physicians review over here.
 
3.Which of the above vaccinations an Indian national may need to take to meet INS Requirement.
Any info will be appreciated

I saw Dr. Howard Goldberg in Southfield, and he was very good.
I really would not worry about the vaccinations. If you do not have any proof of prior vaccinations, after you see the doc., take the requirements, and go to the oakland county health center. They will vaccinate for free, and then you can fax your proof of vaccinations to the doc\'s office
