Medical/FP in Advance!!

Hi!
My LC is under final review and should be hopefully certified soon. My wife has a job offer and I was wondering if I could go ahead and take the medical exam and the fingerprinting right after the LC gets certified (before getting it in mail) so that i can be prepared to file for I140/485/765 right away. That way I can get the approved EAD within 2 months and she would not have to file for H1. Thanks in advance!!
 
you can do medicals in advance but it takes only few days anyway, and many lawyers recommend to take is within 30 days of filing I-485.
FP have nothing to do with your EAD...to do FP you must have FP notice which can be sent to you only after you file i-485 (i got mine more than a year after filing i-485)

Hi Cabal,

I saw that you had a posting in murthy.com about sponsorship letter. I am still waiting for mine. I filed my application on 06/28/05. No email yet. I would appreciate it if you could share your experience. Thanks.
