During our medical examinations we were informed of recent changes. Pregnant women will need to undergo chest x-ray at their own risk.. The physician claimed that it is mandatory now and made us sign on a form to allow this at our own risks.

The physician also made a note of suspected enlarged gland under the Class B-others of the form. All other checkups are perfect and normal. Would this impose any effect on our application?

Please let me know if anyone has info on this regards.
 
I would like to advise all pregnant women of this:
When we went for chest x-rays, the lab specialist covered the abdominal area with x-ray protection apron. However, I have just learned that actual x-rays are emitted from behind while one is facing the film.

So please be careful when doing x-rays.
