Just doing the concurrant processing. The Person I was dealing with at the lawyers office send me the forms and told me where to go to get all our jabs up to date and the medical forms filled out. They were going to send them in at the same time.

That person has now left and the new person is sayign don’t worry about the medicals just yet as a) The INS may not ask for them and b) they could be out of date by the time the forms are processed.

Anyone here heard of the medical forms not being asked for or them being out of date.

I don’t wish to slow the process up by not sending everything now if I can.

Your experiences please?

Medicals are an absolute requirement. You need them. I think you medical are valid for 6 months. (am not very sure - could be a year)

If you have already got your I-140 approved then go do the Medicals.
Also you have send all the documents along with you 485 application. It is one of the checklist as important as the fees itself. If you dont send they could technically deny GC as the required criterias are not met.

Be safe than be sorry... and dont waste time. Once you get an appointment for medical it will take at-least a 10 days to get your papers back from the doc. - if everything goes well.

Valid for 1 Year

Meidcals are mandatory or some exception form from the INS approved doctor. If you don't submit its more likely, you get an RFE. They are valid for one year. It means they should be less than one year old at the time of filing them to INS. They won't ask again even it takes more than an year to get your GC approved.
