I need to fill up I-693 for before filing for I-485. I have my vaccinations record from my home country and I am in search of civil surgeon who will certfiy the vaccinations record I have. I have been calling the civil surgeons in northern virginia DC area but I have no luck. Anybody has any idea about any easy going civil surgeons ? Thanks in advance for any input.
