Hi,
I have applied for Canadian Immigration only for me (no dependants) under skilled worker category and after one year I got a letter from consulate asking me to submit the medicals for me and for my family. Do I need to submit the medicals of my dependants when they are not accompanying me to Canada?.
Also I got EAD in US and my I-140 was kept in pending for more than 5 months . Is it worth going ahead with the Canadian Immigration? I don't have an immediate threat to my job in the near future.
Please advise.
