Just went through the medical. A medical center where we were doing it provided us with the forms in a sealed envelope. Is it a common practice? Why sealed?

dont open the sealed envelope. send it as it is to uscis.

If you break the seal, you need to do that again. However, they MUST give you a copy of what is inside the envelope.
