medical for I-485

hi!
I filled my I-485 alongwith my wife in 07/2003 while we submitt the application for adjustment of status in Form-693 medical report form Doctor write as my wife was pregnent"due to early pregnency we didn't give vacirella vaccine" & chest X-ray required he said if you get RFE from INS we will give you that vaccine & get X-ray rep[ort that u can submitt later on & my attorney also said same thing I can file along with that medical report of my wife My question is

1.will it delay my I-485

2.how much delay will it be if I get RFe for my wifes medical

3.will her case be approved after my.

please advise

1. Most probably there will be a RFE for her vaccine. RFE always cause few days to few months delay in approval.
2. For medical, I don't think the delay will be too long. Once you reply RFE with vaccine report, she will be all set to be approved.
3. That nobody knows and also depends how your I485 goes well. If you get a RFE that can cause delay in your approval too.
