Medical Exams related question

Hi:

I would appreciate if anyone who has been through medicals or has done some research work can tell me what are the things required for Medical Exam.

I know that Appointment letter is required. Besides that, what else specifically paper work?

In addition to Appointment Letter you need to bring there 3 passport size photographs and fees.
