Medical exams re doing

My doc she is trying to get more money by asking to do whole medical again. INS asked to do only left out exams like TB test and all. Not done coz i was pregnant that time. It is more then year last when i did my half medical exams. My doc is aksing to do whole medical test again and asking for money again.

Do i need to whole medical again? I know the ruling for one year expriy. yes it is more than year old but INS is asking specifically in RFE about the TB and remaining shots.

Can I reply to RFE by doing medical again with another doc?

I just do not want to give money to same doc.

Money is not problem. Breaking the principle/promise is key.

Medicals are valid for 2 years. Just take the tests that were asked and which you did not send them earlier. Why does the doc wants to take every test again. Go to a different doctor if she insists.
