Medical Exams expired

Hi,

My I-485 is pending since Dec 2004 and medical exams reports were expired. My PD is Sept 2004.
Do we get the notice from USCIS for latest medical reports??

Please post your experience.

I understand that finger prints expire after 15 months and medical reports expire after 2 years.

Not true

I hung in for 3+ years in the 485 stage with the same medical tests. My lawyer said that these tests are for each 485 case - if I were to get rejected, and if I had to reapply, I would need another test.

Dont worry. If you want to be 101% safe - speak to your lawyer. But quit worrying on this account.

Perhaps you should have checked it yourself.

Nowhere is it mentioned that the medical will expire, two years or otherwise.

On the other hand, it says "In a policy memorandum dated December 2, 2004, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (CIS) extended the validity of the civil surgeon endorsement on Form I-693 until the adjustment of status application could be adjudicated."

Where in my message you find that medical will expire? We are talking about the same thing.
