Hi guys,
I just got the request for the medical examination.
The problem is that i dont know where to go to get it done...
I tried searching uscis.gov but couldnt find anything and i dont want to call customer service :confused:

Do you know where can i get a list of authorized doctors?

Guys, I have another doubt.

On the letter I received it says that they do not accept photocopies of the forms.

I noticed that the doctor had a photocopy of the supplement I-693.

I asked him and he told me that it doesnt matter as long as the signature is in original, in other words, he said that the problem would be if he sign it, and then make a photocopy...

Any imput about this? Is he right? I dont want delays on my case! :(

He is absolutely right. copy of a form doesn't matter until the signatures are in original. good luck!!
