today i went to take my shots Tdap,MMR and no varicella cos i had chicken pox as a kid.

But i was suprised to know that i have to comeback next month and a month after that to take shots to complete it.

So now i have to wait another 3 months b4 i can apply for AOS thru my USC wife.

or can i apply for AOS with the immunization record saying i started my shots...

That seems odd that you've got to come back to have 2 more rounds of shots. I had the same shots and got them all in one go.

I know some people have filed their AOS without the medical as they wanted to get on with the process. They then did their medical, knowing that they would get an RFE for their missing medical, but anticipated that their medical would be complete by the time the RFE was sent to them. Of course an RFE delays the process, but they felt this slight delay would be significantly less than the delay they would endure if they waited for their full complete I 693 before they sent their AOS.

If you read my response, then youll see that you can submit your AOS paperwork, though you should expect an RFE for the incomplete medical. Whether the delay due to an RFE is comparable to the delay you will endure if you wait until your shots are complete is entirely your call.

Among the vaccines, I only had to take the hepatitis one, and only the first shot was administered when I sent in the medical form. I am undergoing the assigned medical treatment for a positive skin reaction to the TB test, and did not received an RFE about either one of these (application was sent in November, i'll have to go back in June for the third hepatitis shot and I take the TB medication daily).

The USCIS approved physician should know (from his immigration files experience and I693 forms) if you should wait or not until the second round of shots. My guess: you should not wait.
