I belive it shouldn't be any problem or issue..... as far the Medical is done by INS arpproved Doctor/surgen, for more info who is authorized Dr, visit the USCiS web site....
my personal opinion keep things be done as it look normal and not questionable or raise any flag. but she is depndant applicant it shouldn't be any issue....
