I have an issue and i want your opinion from one and all

1) I applied for I140 from company A and it was denied(Due to financial problems with company A). At that time i had medical examination done (Oct 2002) and kept it ready to file I485. Since my 140 was denied I did not apply for 485.

2)Now i applied for my labour again from Company B and I hope my labour will be approved(may be in 1 month and i filed from chicago,P.D 03/03/03). My question is Can i use the same medical examination record for filing my 140 + 485(concurrent).
I was told that Medical examination is valid for 1 year from the date of filing my concurrent filing(Reciept date) or 1 year from actually my 485 case being opened

if I can use the same Medical Records I dont have to spend again some $800 again for the whole family.

I think you can use with in an year. But I am not sure of full details. you should get the complete information in the I-485 application. Even if you need to do medicals again - this time you don't need to spend same again same amount of money. You just have to pay for Physical exams.

The medical exam is valid for one year from the day you did the exam. After you file you 485, it's good forever. Hope this helps.
