Medical Examination fees

Hello I485 gurus,

I called a doctor for Medical Examination, he is saying that my Health Insurance (Atena) does not cover medical examination for Immigration. Is it true for all doctors and all Insurance plans, or some thing is wrong with my doctor or Health Insurance. Please advise.

Insurance deosn\'t cover Vaccination & Check up.
I got it done yesterday, I paid in Connecticutt, 150 for check up + 140 for vaccination. and same for my wife.
Today I\'m going to pick the results.
