K-1 visa approved, came to the US, got my SSN, got marriage license, too.
Now I'm trying to file I-485, and I'm very confused with Medical examination requirement.
On the instruction, No.8, it says: If you are a K-1 Fiancee or K-2 Dependent who had a medical examination within the past year as required for the nonimmigrant fiancee visa, you only need to submit a vaccination supplement, not the entire medical report. You may include the vaccination supplement with your Form I-485.
So, what exactly do I need send to them? This is what I have on my hands:
1. A palm size yellow book, "International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis"
2. Vaccination Documentation worksheet
3. Appendix C. Vaccines to Complete for Adults
4. A sealed CD, I believe it has something to do with my X-Ray
