Medical Exam

friends, please comment/advise on my situation.
I am currently not in the area of my residence (jurisdiction). Can I get the medical exam done at my current location which falls under a different jurisdiction. Is that true that as long as the doctor doing the medical exam is a certified ins civil surgeon - one can get the Medical Exam done anywhere?
Please give your opinion.

You can do it anywhere !!. How does it matters, it is just a medical test, after all.

A freind of mine had his vaccines back at his own country on his holiday trip and came here with Doumentation and he had just got it certified through INS surgeon in USA, so its not a issue where were you are doing it.
