Dear Friends and Gurus,

Could you help in this regard...

Do we need to pay the doctor for performing the examination / tests?

How long will it take to get the signed in forms from the doctor?

Any suggestions what to say about immunization and vaccinations... I know for sure that I have been vaccinated when I was younf but do not have any records of that... Your suggestions on this will be greatly helpful...

I would higly appreciate any other suggestions .....

--------------YES (sometimes you can claim from your sponsorer)

How long will it take to get the signed in forms from the doctor?
-------------Once you get the appointment it could take 2 days to a week depending on your doctor

--------If you DONOT have any proof it is better you take them in US again
