Yestoday my husband got approved, and my lawyer got a phone call from USCIS said they can not find my medical exam repport( but in late June we received REF ask for my medical exam report and I sent it before July), so my case still pending. 
I checked the USCIS web site my case status is :"On July 7, 2005, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 850 and 900 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case."
That means they received the re-sent medical exam report but lost it! My lawyer said I shall just wait-----
Does anyone know what shall I do? Just wait for another notice of REF? I am now frustrated.
